Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hr notice. If you need to notify me of late arrival please call or text me at 916-804-1174 so I know you are on your way. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours from appointment will result in a cancellation fee. Day of cancelations will be charged 50% of service scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. If you choose not to pay a cancelation or late fee future appointments with me will be declined. 👉FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY- All New Client appointments require a deposit. Deposit can be paid through Venmo @Maytee-Renteria-Martin. Haircuts deposit is $40.00 and color is $100. Appointment will be accepted as soon as deposit is recieved. If you do not have Venmo I can send an invoice through square if you let me know that is your preference. Payment must me made by 9pm on the day the appointment is requested, otherwise the time slot will be released and the request will be declined. The deposit is applied toward the price of service and is refundable under the following conditions; If you have paid a deposit and cancel or want to reschedule with less than 48 hours your deposit will be forfeit. If canceling or rescheduling happens at least 48 hours before the appointment the deposit will be refunded. This deposit is to protect my time and allow everyone an apportunity to book their desired time. When you make an appointment that time is reserved for you and someone else cannot book it. 👉*IF you can't make your appointment please call/text me at (916) 804-1174 BEFORE your appointment to let me know.
